OUR REDONETS
After fermentation with probiotics, our Redonets are molded and aged for weeks, naturally developing their lactic acid, which gives them a flavor and texture that many confuse with cheese. But remember: We work with almond milk, which contains no lactose or cholesterol, and is free from animal suffering. That’s why, with great pride, a Redonet is not cheese.

ECOLOGY
Our product is certified with the ecological seal of CBPAE from Mallorca. In addition, the boxes for our Redonets are made from recycled cardboard, a sustainable material that reduces environmental impact. By using recycled cardboard, we decrease the consumption of natural resources and waste generation, opting for a more eco-friendly and responsible packaging. The vacuum-sealed bag is made from a combination of PLA and PBAT. These compostable materials allow for quicker and more sustainable decomposition, reducing environmental impact compared to conventional plastics.

PROXIMITY AND HISTORY
We almost exclusively use ingredients sourced from small producers in Mallorca. This supports the local economy and promotes a sustainable consumption model of this great local product: Almond milk has been made in Mallorca since 1690, when the "minim" friars, followers of vegetarianism, produced and consumed it throughout the year. Over time, its consumption spread among the population, becoming a traditional drink for Christmas celebrations up to the present day.
